1. Who We Are
edgeAI ("we", "us", "our") operates the edgeAI mobile application and website (www.edgeai.pro). We are the data controller responsible for your personal data.

2. Data We Collect
2.1 Data You Provide
- Account registration data — email address, username, password (hashed)
- Profile information — display name, preferences, notification settings
- Communications — messages sent via chatrooms, support enquiries
- AI Chatbot interactions — queries submitted to the AI Chatbot feature
- Prize claims: if you win a weekly Predictions prize and claim it, your full name, email address, country of residence, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older
2.2 Data Collected Automatically
- Device information — device type, operating system, app version, screen resolution
- Usage data — features accessed, pages viewed, session duration, interaction patterns
- In-app usage events, only if you agree: the app asks once. If you say yes, it sends the names of the screens you open, a few taps (for example opening a prediction or starring a match) and which alerts you open, with the app version, your device type and a random number made on your phone. They are not linked to your account, your name or your device ID, and they never include anything you type. You can change your answer at any time in Profile.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, timezone, language preferences
- Performance data — crash reports, error logs, load times
2.3 Data From Third Parties
- Analytics providers — aggregated usage statistics
- Authentication providers — if you sign in via third-party services (e.g., Google, Apple)

4. AI Data Processing
When you use AI-powered features (AI Chatbot, AI Live Stats, Burnout Watch, Fatigue Tracker, After MTO Tracker, and other analytical tools), your queries and interactions may be processed by our AI systems. You acknowledge that:
- Your AI Chatbot queries are processed to generate responses and may be stored for service improvement
- Anonymised and aggregated interaction data may be used to train and improve AI models
- AI processing does not involve automated individual decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you
- You can request deletion of your AI interaction history at any time
- What the EdgeAI assistant remembers about you: to tailor its answers and suggested questions, the assistant keeps a short note of the tours, tournaments and players you ask about most, the language you ask in, and anything you ask it to remember (for example "I follow the ITF women's tour" or "keep answers short"). It is linked to your account and used only for your answers. Ask the assistant "What do you remember about me?" to see it, or "Forget what you know about me" to delete it at once
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Service providers — hosting, analytics, push notification services, and AI processing providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements
- Group companies — affiliates operating under the same data protection standards
- Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (you will be notified)
We do not share personal data with advertisers. Any analytics data shared with third parties is anonymised and aggregated.
6. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the UK/EEA. When this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with GDPR Article 46, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions.

After the retention period, data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
8. Cookies & Tracking
The Platform may use cookies and similar technologies for:
- Essential cookies — required for Platform functionality (authentication, preferences)
- Analytics cookies — to understand usage patterns (requires consent)
- Performance cookies — to monitor and improve Platform performance
We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through your device settings.
9. Your Rights
Under applicable data protection laws (UK GDPR / EU GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of your personal data
- Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction — restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing
- Withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time where processing is consent-based

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
10. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
- Access controls and authentication requirements
- Regular security assessments and monitoring
- Secure data storage with reputable cloud providers
No system is completely secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
11. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18 without verified parental consent, we will promptly delete such data.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
