4. AI Data Processing
When you use AI-powered features (AI Chatbot, AI Live Stats, Burnout Watch, Fatigue Tracker, After MTO Tracker, and other analytical tools), your queries and interactions may be processed by our AI systems. You acknowledge that:
- Your AI Chatbot queries are processed to generate responses and may be stored for service improvement
- Anonymised and aggregated interaction data may be used to train and improve AI models
- AI processing does not involve automated individual decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you
- You can request deletion of your AI interaction history at any time
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Service providers — hosting, analytics, push notification services, and AI processing providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements
- Group companies — affiliates operating under the same data protection standards
- Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (you will be notified)
We do not share personal data with advertisers. Any analytics data shared with third parties is anonymised and aggregated.
6. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the UK/EEA. When this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with GDPR Article 46, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions.
