1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the edgeAI mobile application, website (www.edgeai.pro), or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

edgeAI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Platform Description & Scope

edgeAI provides live tennis statistics, match results, analysis, insights, and AI-powered informational tools. The Platform includes, but is not limited to, the following features:

Livescores — Real-time scores across ATP, WTA, Challenger, and ITF tours
Live MTOs — Medical timeout tracking and alerts
AI Chatbot — AI-powered question answering for player history, statistics, and match data
AI Live Stats — Real-time statistical comparisons and analysis
Odds Master — Display of third-party odds data and movement tracking
edgeAI Tools — Including Burnout Watch, Fatigue Tracker, After MTO Tracker, and Opening Odds Alert
Retired & Returning — Player retirement and return tracking
Chatrooms — User-to-user communication features
Player Profiles & Match Details — Historical and live player/match information
Odds Monitor & Player Early Odds Monitor — Odds display and tracking tools

All features are provided for personal, non-commercial, informational, and entertainment purposes only.

3. No Betting, Gambling, or Financial Advice

edgeAI does NOT provide betting services, gambling advice, tipster services, financial advice, investment advice, or any form of professional recommendation. The Platform does not facilitate, encourage, promote, or endorse any form of gambling, wagering, or betting activity.

Any odds data displayed on the Platform (including within Odds Master, Odds Monitor, Player Early Odds Monitor, or any other feature) is sourced from third parties, displayed purely for informational purposes, and does not constitute a recommendation to place any bet or wager.

Terms such as "edge," "signal," "alert," "drift," and similar language used throughout the Platform are statistical/analytical terminology only and do not constitute betting advice, tips, or recommendations of any kind.

You acknowledge and agree that:

Any decisions you make based on Platform information are made entirely at your own risk and discretion
edgeAI bears absolutely no responsibility for any financial losses, gambling losses, or other losses arising from your use of the Platform
You will not rely on Platform data as the basis for any betting, gambling, financial, or investment decision
edgeAI has no liability whatsoever for how you choose to use or interpret the information provided

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Platform utilises artificial intelligence across multiple features, including but not limited to the AI Chatbot, AI Live Stats, Burnout Watch, Fatigue Tracker, After MTO Tracker, and various analytical tools. You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or hallucinations
AI outputs are generated algorithmically and are not reviewed, verified, or endorsed by any human professional
AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice of any kind (sporting, medical, financial, legal, or otherwise)
You assume all risk associated with reliance on any AI-generated output
edgeAI provides no warranty of accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for any purpose regarding AI outputs
AI models may produce different results for the same query and may not be consistent over time

5. Data Accuracy & Information Disclaimer

All information on the Platform — including but not limited to live scores, statistics, odds data, player information, MTO data, retirement data, fatigue metrics, burnout indicators, and any analytical outputs — is provided on a strict "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

edgeAI makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

The accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data
The availability or uninterrupted operation of the Platform
The suitability of information for any particular purpose
The correctness of real-time data feeds, which may be delayed, incorrect, or incomplete
Third-party data accuracy, including odds data sourced from external providers

Data delays, errors, and outages may occur at any time. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information obtained through the Platform before taking any action based upon it.

6. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform with verified parental or guardian consent.

You agree that you will:

Use the Platform only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Not use any automated systems (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to access the Platform
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform
Not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Platform data
Not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service
Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations

7. User-Generated Content & Chatrooms

The Platform may include chatrooms, forums, or other user communication features. edgeAI does not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for user-generated content. You acknowledge that:

User-generated content does not reflect the views or opinions of edgeAI
edgeAI is not liable for any loss or damage arising from user-generated content
edgeAI reserves the right to remove, moderate, or restrict any content at its sole discretion without notice
You grant edgeAI a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute any content you submit

You are solely responsible for any content you post and any consequences arising therefrom.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, design, source code, trademarks, logos (including the edgeAI name, branding, and pixel art design), and all associated intellectual property are owned by edgeAI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No licence or right is granted to you beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, edgeAI's total aggregate liability is strictly limited as set out below.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, edgeAI, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, partners, and licensors shall NOT be liable for:

Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages
Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity
Any financial losses, gambling losses, betting losses, or losses arising from decisions made using Platform information
Any damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content, statistical data, odds information, or any other Platform output
Any damages caused by third-party data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or technical failures
Any damages resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
Any damages arising from user-generated content in chatrooms or forums

In no event shall edgeAI's total cumulative liability exceed the lesser of: (a) GBP 50 (fifty British pounds), or (b) the total amounts paid by you to edgeAI in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if edgeAI has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

10. Assumption of Risk

You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the Platform is entirely at your sole risk. Without limiting the foregoing, you assume all risk associated with:

The accuracy and reliability of any Platform data, including real-time data
Any decisions or actions taken based on Platform information
Any financial or other consequences resulting from your interpretation of Platform data
Interactions with other users through chatrooms or other Platform features
The use of AI-powered features and reliance on AI-generated outputs

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless edgeAI, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

Your use of or access to the Platform
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform
Any claim that your use of Platform data caused damage to a third party

12. Termination

edgeAI may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice and without liability. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. Sections relating to liability limitation, indemnification, intellectual property, dispute resolution, and assumption of risk shall survive termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.

Any claim must be brought within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the claim, after which the claim is permanently barred.

14. Force Majeure

edgeAI shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, wars, terrorism, government actions, third-party service failures, internet or telecommunications failures, cyber attacks, power outages, data feed interruptions, or any other events outside edgeAI's control.

15. Third-Party Services & Links

The Platform may contain links to or data from third-party services. edgeAI does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, services, or data. Your interactions with third-party services are governed solely by those third parties' terms and policies.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and edgeAI regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
